2. We build it, connect it to your systems and put everything in your name. You keep your own data.
3. After that it runs and we keep adjusting it. Changes up to 2 hours per month are covered by the subscription.

Does it work with my calendar?

We connect to the calendar you already use. During the consult we check which one that is and whether anything special needs arranging.

What does the price consist of?

Two parts: a one-off setup fee and a monthly subscription. The subscription covers support, updates and changes up to 2 hours per month. Usage costs — AI, telephony and messaging — are always yours, at cost price and itemised.

Am I tied in?

You can try your first bot for 30 days free of charge. After that the subscription is required for the first year, and free to cancel afterwards. There is no automatic renewal; renew yourself and you get one month of subscription free.

What if it takes longer than agreed?

The stated delivery time is an estimate. If we run late, your next month of maintenance is free.
